What we collect
Contact details, messages you send us (by email, phone, WhatsApp or the website contact form), health information you share in intake forms and consultations, test results, and appointment and payment records.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiries, provide your care, arrange tests, communicate with you and meet legal and professional obligations. Health data is processed for the provision of health care. AI transcripts are used to create clinical notes, but these are immediately deleted once the clinical notes are generated.
Who we share it with
Practice Better (booking, intake forms and clinical records), laboratories you agree to use, your GP or other clinicians where you ask us to, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp), and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, for newsletter and free-guide emails, and to receive messages sent through the website contact form).
WhatsApp enquiries
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number, name and message are processed by WhatsApp to deliver the conversation. Please use WhatsApp only for general enquiries and booking questions; share detailed health history and test results through Practice Better instead.
Newsletter and free guides
If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your name and email to send articles and event dates. If you request a free guide, we use them to send the guide and a few short follow-up emails on the same topic; you only join the newsletter if you tick the box. We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to store your details and send these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Cookies and embedded content
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. YouTube videos only load when you press play. The booking calendar is provided by Practice Better.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for seven years after your last contact, in line with UK healthcare and insurer guidance. AI consultation transcripts are deleted immediately once the clinical notes have been generated.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
